High School Never Ends
Fabs, I have real world evidence that the song title applies. I went to high school oh so long ago, and here today at this advanced age (shush Porta and Sam) not much has changed. I do still have the same 3 best friends. The world is still full of ‘pick me’ people. Cliques, cattiness, blah blah blah.
Yea or Nay?
I think I’ll always be on the fence about school uniforms. First, unless the school provides them, they can be expensive. Second, while they’re meant to ‘level the playing field’ kids and parents will always find a way to flaunt their status and money. Nonetheless, there’s some very cute school uniforms out there, and I’ve got one on today.
My uniform and hairpin are group gifts over at KYA Store. The group is free to join, so you can bring these home too. The uniform comes in a separate top and skirt in these colors. It comes rigged for:

Accessorize
Accessories are where it’s at when you’re trying to gain status while wearing a uniform, and thankfully, I know where you can find quite a few really cool ones for only 0L-5L. It’s time for the Fab Free Back to Cool Hunt! I’m wearing 2 items I picked up in the hunt in today’s picture.
First, my bag. It’s so fun and kinda creepy and I love it. It kind of looks like sandwich bread with a freaky face! This is not only perfect for school, it’ll be perfect for Halloween as well 😉 . This is the Back to School Bag from Pixel Box and it’s completely free. There are 5 of them in various colors all over the store. Find the Fab Free hunt rainbow and buy it for 0L. The bag is resizable, I had to shrink it down a fair bit for the picture.
My second Back to Cool Hunt item are my shoes. Adorable black pumps with socks (socks you say?) I’m in! They are by ShoeDdiction, and once you find the rainbow that contains them, you can bring them home for 5L. They come rigged for:

Core culture
“Core” has been used forever, mainly to describe underground sub-culture, but this is 2025 and now it’s mainstream. That doesn’t mean GOTHCORE is mainstream though, there you’ll find all the coolest gothic sundries for purchase. I was there the other day and saw that have this new free dress as a gift for the GOTHCORE group, which is free to join, so I brought it home! It’s a fatpack of gothic colors, and you can change the main dress, the insert, and the sleeves. It comes rigged for:

I noticed, too, they have a new hud system where you can unlock more freebies to bring home, depending on your spending. Grab the free hud, and wear it as you shop. Each time you spend X amount it unlocks a new gift you can grab, cool!

Smile Like You Mean It
What’s that? The door behind me? No, we *definitely* don’t need to open that! Nope, sure don’t. At least not…yet. We’ll see how the night progresses. Besides, it is very clearly marked “do not open,” and me? I’m a rule follower.
Still Spookin’
I found a bit of fun over at Beautiful Dirty Rich and I just had to share. I do love that store, but somehow I missed a free group gift! I don’t know how that happened. The free group gift that I’m referring to is this amazing bodysuit. B.D.R. knows how to do sexy and these high cut hips are positively killing it. It’s so very simple and so very sexy. I was totally feeling the stripes but there’s a HUD with lots of other patterns and colors to pick from as well. There’s definitely a Halloweeny type theme going on with the options, but there’s plenty that can absolutely be worn outside of the season. The group at Beautiful Dirty Rich is free to join and the free gifts are on the wall to the right when you go into the store.

On the wall to the left at Beautiful Dirty Rich are the sale and event offerings. That’s where I found this fantastic face paint that I’m wearing today. There are three face paint options there. Two of them go along with the outfits that are also on sale right above them and the third is another free group gift. However, I couldn’t resist this smile. It’s fantastically creepy, don’t you think? It goes along with the Miix Weekend outfit so I assume that means it will be on sale through today. For 50L I got the white face paint in various opacities plus of course that big creepy smile. The eyeshadow did not come with it, I added that separately.
