Good evening, Fabulous Readers. In the midst of all the advents and Holiday gifts in stores now not to mention the looming Shop and Hop… You might be forgiven forgetting that there are many free and inexpensive gifts available on the Market Place.
For example, this very nice sweater from Johan. This is the “XYZ Sweater” from Johan and you can find it on their Market Place store for 0L. The XYZ comes with a HUD to pick from three solid colors plus you can change the collar and the cuffs to any of the three colors. While it is a ‘simple’ gift, it is very well made and very much appreciated.
Good evening, Fabulous Readers. I set out to make a serious post about this very nice casual tee shirt and alas, Dixi had other ideas. No one warned me that pit bulls were this… unusual. Juli may be right when she says the pup is plain goofy.
At any rate… the shirt. This is the “Damian” shirt from Erotik and you can get it for free from the Swank Event. I was a bit confused because the Erotik booth shows only women’s clothes yet the gift is… well, this men’s shirt. The shirt is very well made and I plan to add it to my permanent closet. It is well worth searching out.

Good afternoon, FabFree Readers. As you must know by now, Tuesdays are made all the better by the 25L Tuesdays sale. I am pleased to say there is a very nice outfit for the men this week. Especially for the men who are into the Role Play side of Second Life.
This is the “Haakon” full outfit from C&N Medieval Designs. I would imagine most RPers are familiar with this long standing designer of fantasy RP clothing. Haakon is composed of 2 pieces – the tunic and the pants/boots. So you could mix the outfit with your existing costumes. Making it all the more useful. This set also comes with a blood-splattered version for your more intense RP encounters.

Good afternoon, FabFree Readers. It always fascinates me that there are so many different visions for SIM designers on display on the Grid. One can find one’s self on a busy street corner in a vibrant city one minute and lost down some backwater road the next. Of course the trick is to always have the correct outfit on hand to fit one’s next location. So today I’ve gone from a sharp suit to something much more casual.
This is the “Anderson” outfit from Varsity, a designer I had thought was only for our ladies. But I have since discovered a generous offering of men’s wear here as well as a very generous set of men’s free Group gifts. The group is free to join another plus. Now, ‘Anderson’ comes with the tank and the trousers as separate pieces and a HUD to choose one of 8 colors for the top and 8 colors for the pants. It’s a find I am rather pleased with as gifts of a full fatpack are few and far between!

I’m sporting the “Hero Shirt” today and I must apologize but I don’t know how long this excellent gift will be available. This shirt is a Marketplace special and could disappear at any time. “Hero” comes with a HUD for 28 colors for the solid part of the design. So, surly you’ll find it handy for just about any mood or occasion. Again, as with all specials, time is not a luxury for us. So don’t delay!

Good evening, Fabulous Readers. As I’m sure you already know, Second Life’s 19th Birthday is going strong and there are many many free gifts to be had at the Shop & Hop. Sadly, there aren’t many offerings this round for the men but I did ferret out a good gift from Vagrant. You may be forgiven for thing Vagrant has nothing for men as the booth shows only women’s clothing. But, at the main store there are some very nice things for the guys. While the selection is small, the quality is high and I thoroughly enjoy spending my free Shop & Hop 500L Gift Card there.
Simply collect your free store credit at the Shop and Hop booth then follow the LM to the main store. Right now, everything in the store is 50% off but it still allows you to use the store credit! ( That may change quickly as the 50% sale was scheduled to end yesterday but was still going at the time of this post) I was able to pick up several things including the pants, top and hat I’m sporting in the photograph. The gift does not mention an expiration date but I wouldn’t tempt fate.
