Back again with a very sweet Fab Free group gift from one of my favorites Zoom! I’ve been setting up a space station for my newest home (isn’t it fun how you can change houses in second life??) and took a break for some shopping and that’s when I saw this. I love the artsy-ish short with the simple skirt, it just strikes a lovely balance, don’t you think? The Fab Four

The FabFree sisters are on a mission to defeat the enemies and fight for world peace! We are heading for our spacecraft to defeat the enemies! They better watch out because we have some serious butt to kick!

A Generous Package from Echelon

Most of the freebies we are showing in this post come from a huge box of free goodies currently out at Echelon. You will first need to join their free group to get in on this offer. To get the box of gifts, click the spinning white logo in the store that says “free items” under it. You will then recieve the newest megapack of group gifts. The megapack is updated on a regular basis and all gifts the store has ever given in the past are added to this box. Inside this box of prizes are Sci-Fi, fantasy, and space-themed items. Prizes that come in the box include weapons, lasers, lightsabers, spaceships, and more.

Space Babes

Some of the FabFree sisters went for a space babe look for this post! Don’t be afraid to mix these amazing Sci-Fi items with some bodysuits or a metallic dress to turn yourself into a space babe too! Caroline’s pretty metallic dress is the latest gift for members of the Ari-Pari group, which currently costs 25L to join. The dress comes in several metallic colours, and it will be available until the end of February.

Hey gang!

‘Tis just me, your favorite blonde barefoot blogger! My picture today shows where my brain is most of the time…. off floating in space. And I do love the moon, adore the moon! Even though my sun sign is ruled by the sun (I am a Leo, as is our faithful Fab Free Leader, Aline), I do have a weakness for the beauty, romanticism, poetry and magic of sister moon. If I weren’t deathly afraid of heights, I might want to sit with the man on the moon, watching shooting stars and whispering about the wonders of the universe. As it stands, I shall stay here on Earth, blogging the hours away.

Where was I?

Oh yes the moon. 😉 I’ve got moon themed goodies for you today gang! First off this moon I am posed on, is a 1L dollarbie at Meander Me, you can find it in the Sooty Wing section of the store (over to the left after you come in) and there is no group required. I couldn’t resist a moon with poses!

The space around me is called Space Within Moon and it is a 30L find on marketplace, its a hollowed out moon that you can use for any time you want to feel like you are in space, or even living in space as I think it is large enough for a small home.

Spaced Out Girl

It’s a wild and windy blustery day here in space, gang. But then, it’s space and it nearly always is. Luckily I have the right gear so I am not exposed to the elements. Most importantly though, thanks to Tableau Vivant, my hair looks sooo faboo, even in this wind! If you are looking for windblown hair that looks ah-mazing, then Tableau is the place you wanna go (hey! a rhyme!), I got this from their Hairplay gacha for only 75L! Stunninnnnngggggg!

For my backdrop, well that was another little drop in the bucket at only 65L on marketplace! It’s made by Lolly Prop, and is a super cute deal!

Now, I must get back down to earth (bah! I much prefer it in space, so blissfully quiet!), and continue my Saturday!

Galactic Girl

Saving the Stars

Little did you know, I am also a Galactic Girl who is tasked with saving the galaxy from evil. Earlier today I was notified of a large gathering of stars that have the ability to turn dust into chocolate. The orders came in from above and I was sent out to procure them before Astrid was able to get her cyber-hands on them! Astrid comes from a planet where chocolate is their undoing, the race is vulnerable to the sweet delicate substance.
So with my Space Wolf “Barf” we made our way to the rings of Saturn where we had found Astrid using her cyber-portal to beat us to the stars…

Droid Universe

These may be the droids you are looking for.

Twi’lef Pru’s post here totally put my sci-fi side into hyper drive.

Sometimes I get so used to being human I forget there is a whole other universe of possibilities out there.

I found these cool droids, DawnRanger and DawnViper Marketplace and they are FREE. The vivid colors and all the little details of these droids are awesome. All the pieces are included to transfer you into droid form. A shape is included which I found easier to use for a good fit. Also remember if you use things like eyelashes, slink hands & feet, mesh heads any of those extra goodies to remove all of them. You need to use a stripped down base system avatar. These droids were so much fun to play with. Plus if you have males friends there are also FREE matching male versions of these droids. You will also find lots of other cheepies at the Marketplace shop where I found them here.

The sand storms are kickin up so time for me to blast off.

Omega

The Omega Point sim rocks. This ranks among the coolest sims I’ve seen. There are some good deals to be found here for freebie and cheapie hunters. I saw the KWZ Female Steel Gown (1L$) blogged in a couple other freebie blogs, and had to check it out for myself — I wasn’t disappointed. This gown is beautifully textured, and the shirt and glitch pants are nice enough to be worn without the gown attachment.

omega2 Don’t just grab this gown and run though, walk around the shopping area at least and bask in all the sci-fi, steam punkish goodness hanging on the walls because there are other good deals there. I picked up the Cyber Mohawk Hair shown above for 50L$. This hair is freakin incredible.. I love it. The skin I’m wearing is from Sin Skins. If you love their Etheria line, better grab them now because they’re being retired, and are only 50L$ each.

omega11 I also picked up the Flexi Skirt, and the Space Ogre Helmet (both cheapies at 10L$ or less). The Chest armour I’m wearing is the dollarbie Geared Empress Cuirass from OMFG, and the boots are the Steel Toe Granny Boots (close up picture here) from Battle Fairy’s lucky chair.
