I saw that it is an anniversary round of the Disturbed event, so I headed over to look around. This is a pretty cool event and there aren’t gifts at every booth, but I’d say that there are enough to make it worth a visit for sure. I’m wearing these free things from Disturbed:
- Free eyes from Delicate Sins in four creepy colors as BOM, Lelutka applier, and Omega applier
- Free scarring on my forehead from brainrot which is beautifully done and extends up onto my head a bit more than you can see here
- Free “black goop” by MoC which is exactly what it sounds like and leaking out of my mouth and eye
It seems that some gifts require a group join and some gifts are free with no group needed. I don’t know which is which because I just joined the free Disturbed group and clicked away, ain’t nobody got time to activate and deactivate the group tag to see which gifts need it and which don’t. I can tell you with certainty though that all of these things are free.
The anniversary round of Disturbed will run until November 29th.

Fabs, I feel like this October has been crazier than ever! We are working our little cameras to the bone trying to cover all the amazing and generous gifts on the grid right now, so no time for small talk Beachy!

Don’t even try to change my mind. I don’t have them IRL, I wear them sometimes in SL and I admire every single one that I see. I popped over the the anniversary round of the Reborn Event, where they have a bunch of gifts. You have to pay attention at this event though, many gifts are free, some are 25L and some are 50L. I only brought home the free gifts, so I know you’re safe with these 😉

Is It A Wonder I Broke?
Eep I am late with this one, FabFree! There is a hunt and free group join at This Is Wrong that says it ended yesterday! It is still out this morning though, so go now!
If nothing else, the group is usually paid but it’s currently free, so go join up. This is definitely a stay-in-it group for me, with monthly group gifts. Then, there’s the Big Spooky Hunt for the store’s 10th anniversary. There are 30 skull pumpkins to find around the store – 20 are orange and 10 are purple. Find and buy them for 1L each. You’ll come away with all of the amazing tattoos and avatar enhancement type things that you’d expect from This is Wrong. I’m wearing:
- 1L face scratch
- 1L bloody mouth makeup
- 1L snake tattoo, with this cool scale-y pattern down the arms and torso and legs
There are multiple versions and colors for many of them, but there’s no time to describe them. Just admire how awesome my straitjacket is (can you believe that I remembered to wear something from last year?) and bop on over to This is Wrong.
