My gown is a free group gift from Chic & Chips. It’s a new to me shop with a wall of free gifts for the free to join group. I selected this gown to show you, which comes in this striped version or black and with optional sleeves in both colors. It’s a lovely, sleek, sexy, floor length number that’ll hug all your curves.

Sunny

Tulips are my favorite flowers, but even if they weren’t this bouquet is a keeper. It’s a free group gift at Energy Weekend. If you go to their HQ area, you’ll find a bunch of free gifts for the Energy Weekend group, which is also free to join. The other gifts are all around on the walls and those stick around, but this one is off by itself and I think it’s more temporary. The gift includes three bouquets of tulips in three different colors. The hold animation with it is more casual arm hold, but I changed it a bit with my pose.

The Fit

There is a new round of free group gifts at Off-Line. You’ll find a wall fuuuuuull of gifts behind the front desk, straight ahead when you walk in. The rows are divided up by month, so if you click a gift in the July row it’ll just say that it’s not active. Click any of the pictures in the February row though, and you’ll be rewarded with a folder containing SEVEN free gifts. You don’t have to click each individually, clicking on any of them gives you all of them. There is a lot to unpack and they are all huge fatpacks so there’s a lot to click through too. I finally landed on this dress and bra and to the seaside I went. The bra and dress each come in so many colors that I can’t count them all and obvs it could be sexy instead of beachy, but I choose both! The Off-Line group is 99L to join and you can see that big ol’ wall of what you’ll be getting as the year progresses.

To Sip

I picked up my beverage at Havoc. It’s the newest free group gift. It comes in 4 versions – with/without text and deco/hold. There’s a fatpack HUD so you can pick any color you like, and for the text version there are a bunch of text options too. There are some cute ones and many less than PG ones. I picked “Hot AF” because I mean, it’s hot out here under this Mediterranean sun. The Havoc group is free to join.

There’s a new free gift at Believe. That’s probably enough to get you tp’ing right there but wait, at least let me tell you a little about it first. The gift is this shirt that I’m wearing, the teddy bear, and some matching shorts for your manfriend. There’s a HUD of Valentine hued colors to choose from, in solids or with the heart pattern. Talk LessI kept thinking that this picture would be really boring as I was making it, but I couldn’t bring myself to add anything else to it. To me, each thing that I’m wearing is so beautifully made that it’s not boring it all. I quite love the sweet simplicity of it. Or maybe I’m just boring, what do I know.

Let’s Fifty

The weekend brings with it my favorite sale of the week and woo it’s a good one this week. I’m talking about Fifty Linden Fridays and I’m wearing two things from the sale. First, there’s this dress by Pixicat. It’s a timeless design and perfect execution, for only 50L. Included is the dress with a HUD of three patterns to choose from and in sizes for:

The other FLF item that I’m showing today is from Glam Affair. I love Glam Affair almost as much as I love Fifty Linden Fridays, and this week does not disappoint. You must demo this face, I was even more wowed by the demo than I was by the vendor image. There are two separate packs to pick from, one is all of the even numbered skin tones and the other is the odd number skin tones. I went with Pack 2 because it was the evens and my normal Glam Affair shade is 008. For 50L I got a giant fatpack of half of the skin tones plus bunches of makeup and brow options.

Hold UpGoodness, this Friday has taken a long time to arrive. There’s nothing like a short week to make the week feel long. I don’t know why that’s so but it is. But now the weekend is here and I’m a happy girl.

Spoiled

The first thing I want to tell you about is a free gift at Spoiled for group members. To be more specific, the gift is a free 400L giftcard for members of the free to join group. This giftcard has been out for a little while and today’s notice says that it will only be available for two more days. Best make haste. There is much ado over at Truth, and with good reason. Truth is celebrating 19 years in SL with a 50% off sale! That in itself is big news but wait, there’s more. In anticipation, I threw on a past free group gift from the huge wall of free gifts in the store. Cupcake is one of my favorites, and the gift includes a full fatpack of styles and colors. It is currently unsurprisingly hard to get onto the Truth sim, but keep trying because the sale is fab, the discounted group join is fab, and of course all of the past group gifts are fab.

Skinned

In other exciting news, there is a free gift card at Akeruka, more commonly known as AK. You’ll see a black 1000L gift card on the wall, that you just need to click on while wearing your AK group tag. If you’re not already in the group it will cost you 150L to join, but it’s a good one with lots of high value gifts such as this free 1000L gift card and free heads. When you click the card on the wall you’ll get a folder in your inventory – attach the giftcard from that folder and click on it to add the 1000L to your balance. This is for face skins, not body skins, and from what I saw those generally cost 750L per skin tone. So. it’s a free 1.25 face skins. Yup, I did the math. I picked out the lovely skin that I’m wearing here, but you get to try on some demos and pick out whichever face skin strikes your fancy, for free! I found one that I love, I bet you will too.

Salt & Pepper is definitely on my short list of must-visit Advent Calendars. For the last few years it’s been free store credit on the weekdays and gorgeous clothing items on the weekends. Santa BabyThe December round at Anthem is one of the things I look forward to every year. There are two huge Christmas trees on either side of you when you land, and underneath of each is a mountain of gifts! This year each thing that I clicked on cost 25-50L. There are no demos but pretty much each gift has a picture on top of what’s inside, and what’s a Christmas gift without a bit of a surprise? Besides they’re from all of the great creators at Anthem so there’s not really much to worry about.

My Gifts

I hand curated my look to include a little black dress, cute festive necklace, and amazing creepy little finger puppets. I couldn’t really have asked for much more. The items that I’m showing from under the tree at Anthem are:
