I picked up this sassy mini as a free group gift at the WellMade store. The Dulcie dress features a cheeky neckline that drops below your belly button, a built-in chain necklace, and long sleeves. The design sports cut-outs at the shoulder that leave your upper arms bare and a hemline that falls to your upper thigh. A color change HUD gives you the option to select from three hues for the dress and three metallic textures for the necklace. In my neck of the woods, the weather has been so weird lately. It’s supposed to be time for pumpkin patch visits and pumpkin spice lattes, but it’s still sunny and warm—just that strange in-between feeling. That’s what inspired this blog post!
I wanted to show you all this sexy free group gift that Smesh put out for September, which is perfect for those warm-weather evenings. But, since I’m feeling the fall vibes too, I’ve paired the outfit with a handbag from Movement in a rich autumn color. Sometimes you just need something cute to throw on to wander the grid, shop, and explore. Something effortlessly adorable and not too much hassle. And then when you get home, you can sit on the floor, continuing to look cute, and unpack your new stuff…or not. Sometimes being effortlessly cute is enough.

Trust the Process
Hello Fabulous Readers and Happy Monday! In the past few years, real-life threw some events my way that I never expected or wanted. I’ve often said that when one door closes, another opens. Well, my belief in that saying sure was tested. During difficult times, sometimes it’s hard to remember that when life doesn’t work out as you wanted, something better is coming your way. This shirt is a good reminder to stay patient and have faith.

As I combed through my group notices this morning (yup, I do it too, Beachy!) I came across a happy announcement from the Coco Update Group, that mentioned a new free gift. I’m a huge fan of Cocoro Lemon’s work, and she is so generous with her group gifts. I quickly teleported to her shop and scooped up this simple top with a powerful, timely message. It features tank-style sleeves, a cheeky cropped fit, and text in a green cursive font. The update group is completely free to join and there are tons of other prior free gifties set out for you to collect. I’d highly recommend becoming a member and visiting the shop!

Give Me Just a Little More Time
If you haven’t started down the path of the Womenstuff Hunt, there’s still a few more days left. It runs through July 31st and contains more than 100 stops along the way. Hunt items are free, but you do need to be a member of the Womenstuff group to participate (50L$ join fee). My adorable butterfly heart earrings from the Moody Designs Store are just one of the prizes you can collect on the way. They are super cute and come with a texture change HUD with nine colors for the butterflies and nine options for the metal portion. To participate in the hunt, you’ll first have to travel to the start location and pick up a copy of the HUD for the hunt, which contains a preview photo for each item. If you grant permission for the hud to teleport you, it makes moving from location to location easy. You’ll be searching for a red bag hidden somewhere in the shop.

I am a member of so many subscribers in SL, and while I get inundated with notices and notecards and textures all day, it means I rarely miss out on a gift, especially a cute one, so that’s what brings me here today.
Dollarbie Day!
I received a notecard last week from +Psycho Barbie+ letting me know there was a new gift available for the Teleport Hub group, and since I always stay in that group I TP’d over lickity split to find this awesome dress in a fatpack! 10L might be 10 dollarbies but it’s such a small cost for such a nice gift. 😉
This is the Vivian Dress, and it comes with a full fatpack of textures. There’s a wide range of black and colored crosses (which come with a lace garter attached) and a few grey and black textures, the animal print I’m showing you today is one. It comes for a whole bunch of sizes too!

Accessorize on the free and cheap!
I was shopping over at the Foxcity SIM a few weeks ago and notices that keikumu had some free gifts packaged in with a few of their demos, which is where I picked up this gothy eye look. This is the Nafta eye look and you can pick it up completely free in their store. You’ll see it advertised as Demo+Gift. There’s 2 of these gifts available. They come in BOM for EvoX mapped skins.
The shoes I’m wearing are a gift from Wellmade, on Marketplace. They cost 1L to purchase. Part of the shoe I wasn’t able to get in the shot is the heel, which is a wood texture (adore). These Bea Heels come with a full fatpack hud to change the look of the wooden heels as well as the straps. They’re a great staple for any inventory!

My nails were also 1L on the Marketplace! They are from JNS, and they are an incredibly pretty set of nails. Almost like a long French manicure with a black and yellow daisy design on some fingers.
