In the Land of Nod (Almost)

ON A Lark $25L Tuesday 1-30-2024_001

In both worlds, like hair & shoes, you can never have enough jammies to wear. They come in different versions  but that is a plus for a jammie lover like me. And it’s just in time for Valentine’s or Anti-Valentine day.  Luckily, this cute set was on sale today at On A Lark. The pajamas and slippers are selling for $25L each. I don’t know how warm one can stay in these. I mean, they are pretty brief. Then again, ya know, you don’t have to worry about the weather being too cold or too hot in SL so it’s pretty much purrfect!

The heart pjs come as a cropped top and shorts. And the slippers are one size only. I did have to edit the slippers to get them on my feet. Also, I had to do a bit of alpha cuts for the top & shorts.

Baby It’s Cold – I’m Going Back to Bed

I should just follow my dreams & jump back into bed. It’s one of those days where my brain cells aren’t talking to each other. At least I have an outfit that fits the bill. Don’t I look all cozy ‘n stuff?

To the Hunt!

I was able to do a bit of hunting over the past few weeks and I think I did pretty good. One of the hunts is the Cheeky Monkey Hunts: Baby It’s Cold Outside Hunt. The hunt prizes range from $1L, $25L, and $50L. My pajamas are a mix of items from two stores in the hunt. The Bold Llama is one of my go-to stores for hunts and gifts. I love the witty slogans on the shirts there. The $25L hunt item is the Follow Your Dreams tee. You can’t see it in the pic but the bottom line says “Go Back to Bed”. So this is perfect for me!

Last night I watched a movie about a prince hosting a formal holiday dinner. It brought to mind the pageantry during the reigns of kings and queens. Everyone dressed in their finest finery. What a sight to behold!

Hunting for That Darn Rudolph

Okay you guys, where is Rudolph? I’ve got his nose right here. Well it is a bit oversized, but he sure must look funny without it. And these two guys aren’t saying a word about his location!

Shopping and Hopping

The mad rush during the opening days of Winter Shop & Hop reminds me a bit of Black Friday sales. Everyone trying to grab those goodies while they’re on sale or free. It seems that the event grows with each season. This round takes place on 12 sims ready for your shopping pleasure. In the end it’s all worth the wait and the crowds as the gifts are wonderful.

Oh Where Oh Where has Cupid Gone?

I’ve been all over the grid recently helping to look for cupid in the Where’s Cupid Hunt. This is a 1L hunt and runs until Feb 14. While I didn’t actually *find* cupid (there’s still time!), I did find some awesome hunt gifts and have a sneak peek at three of them for you!

Too Sassy for You!

Blasphemic has this cute top in my photo above waiting for you in the hunt.  The saying on the shirt “Too Sassy for you!” resonated with me, brat that I am.  It’s got a pattern of open rips in the back and you can pair it nicely with jeans, short, skirt, anything.  I paired it with these jeans and ready to go! It comes in one size, fitted mesh and I’m wearing it over Maitreya in the picture.  I had no issues.

The Color me Project is having an anniversary and most booths have a giftie, none over 1L!

The hot pink little Cupid girl mesh mini dress with wings and bow included is from the FurtaCor stall. I just love a good pair of wings. Wear the whole outfit for Valentine’s Day and strip off the accessories and you have a darn cute mini dress to use anytime.  Even pair it with leggings for a new look. My earrings that totally match this dress are a 1L gift from the IT! stall. They include a sweet color hud and are totally worth 1L. These will make a nice goto pair of earrings. I realized I was a cupid girl without a halo. Ok so off to Markeplace and Kubic Flux to correct that. I found a FREE quirky halo, its not just a halo. If you type commands into the chat it will change the color to express your mood. So have some fun with it! I am feeling “loved”.

Too Lazy Today

I feel lazy today and the best part is I didn’t do anything but still I feel tired. Haha, guess it’s another lazy day for me.

I giggled when I first wore it because wearing pajamas in SL is very new to me and yes I feel this outfit is more like a pajama outfit for sleep overs. But its too cute too.

 

Too Lazy Today

I love the color of it as its not too bright neither too dull. The colors of this outfit is cheerful as every morning should be. Country Girl Tonight

Bringing something fresh and refreshing.

Happy Birthday America! Celebrate with Freebie Goodness
