- 70% On-the-Job Learning: Most growth happens through real work. You’ll take on stretch assignments, solve real-world problems, and get regular development-focused 1:1s with your manager.
- 20% Learning from Others: Learn through feedback, coaching, and peer networks. Leadership programmes help you step up and lead with confidence.
- 10% Formal Learning: Access e-learning, expert-led sessions, and co-funded qualifications when you need structured support.
