~~longer days
~~lazy afternoon naps and fun-filled evenings
~~visiting friends and catching up
~~ hugs
~~Easter baskets
~~Peeps in pink
~~Spring colored mini snicker bars
~~opening the windows to freshen the house
~~pleasant Spring visitors
~~Zyrtec for pollen
~~God's promise that there is a season for everything
~~beautiful ferns on the porch
~~roses reaching for the sunlight again
~~Dairy Queen Strawberry milkshakes
~~that fresh, new feeling after the porches are all sprayed down and clean
~~daydreaming and giddiness on the front porch swing
~~walking Miss Abbie in her prettiest of outfits
~~sprucing up the house for a loved one
~~grilling
~~the beautiful azaleas that bloom at my church
~~my backporch chaise lounge on Saturday and Sunday afternoons
~~iced tea with lemonade---Sunshine tea!
~~getting to meet new friends and cherishing the old
~~donating to Goodwill
~~housecleaning with fresh Pine sol to the tune of favorites on my Ipod

Thomas and Spring

Thomas, death by cat food.

This is what happens when you buy a buffet for Thomas.

He got 2 auto feeders and ate. And ate. And. Ate.

Honestly, he will be bullemic probably  now. LOL

He was a HAPPY kitty!

I spent the beautful sunny day rambling in junkin' places and spruced up the inside of the house for Spring.

I'm so ready for it.

Won't be long before those trees fill in with leaves and blossoms.

So excited for a guest who will be here soon!!!

These feet are happy dancing.

I went junkin' today and this is what I came up with for my front door.

I kinda like it.

It's ready for a special guest.

What could be better in the Springtime?

Miss Abigail announces Spring is here today!

yup!  76 degrees, sunny and dry. No rain. WOW! Such a blessing from all those rainy dark days we had this Winter.

 Got several trips planned in the next 6 weeks so Miss Abbie got her Easter "basket" early.

She's checking it out.

Just had a bath and she is brushed and groomed.

She seems to like her new stuff and is checking out her toy.

She is totally relaxed listening to a solo piano CD with me today.

She's a girlie, girl.

And 20 minutes later, she is found on her old blanket that needs washing.......WHA?

Yup.

She is content.

Still getting lots of entries for the March 5th drawing for the Ginghers TESSA limited ed. scissors!!!
