Yesterday at the SOLMU Demo Day, we presented physical AI systems. This time we showcased a live point cloud feed from Kaisaniemenkatu as a demonstration example, where we detected and tracked urban traffic in motion, including cars, buses, trams, pedestrians, and cyclists. #physicalAI #AIsystems #urbantraffic

As we celebrate women and women’s rights on this International Women’s Day, we wanted to share what EmbliCats have done during the past year: 🤖 We organised LiDARLab, a technical workshop for women and other underrepresented groups in tech. This was an absolute success! People dived straight ahead to the deep end on physical AI and practical applications of LiDAR technology. 🎒 Our wonderful data scientist Venla did a school visit to inspire the next generation. A class of 9th graders specialising in maths were introduced to the world of AI and machine learning through fun and interactive exercises. 🎲 We hosted a boardgames and networking afterwork event at our office. It was a laid-back evening with fun games, great conversations and new diverse connections. 💻 We attended the Femcode Collective x Lovable pre-Slush hackathon. It was two hours full-on vibe coding and so many creative results made by incredible women and non-binary people. EmbliCats is a community of women at Emblica, who share a passion for technology, equality, and professional growth. Our goals are to promote equality, foster a supportive community, encourage more women to pursue careers in deep tech and organise events where diverse tech visionaries can connect, learn and grow. Happy International Women’s Day! 💖

It's official: We are AI Finland strategic partner for 2026! There are 12 strategic partners in total for this year-long collaboration, each committed to sharing their expertise within their field. We are happy to contribute and support AI Finland's members especially in matters related to Physical AI.
