Athletic Development Seminar
On November 16th 2005 we did a 50:50 lecture and practical seminar focused on the key elements of athletic performance. We break down acceleration mechanics, plyometric progressions, medicine ball throws, and change of direction strategies to help athletes move faster, jump higher, and react quicker. We give you a clear framework for building high level athletic performance from the ground up and leave you with practical drills and progressions that you can apply immediately.
