Invisible Supply Co.

People are spying on you through your microwave, it’s a fact… I heard it on the TV… they’re also spying on you through your TV… double fact. Invisible Supply Co. & FH are keepin’ them nosey peepers out of your business with moveable/removable webcam stickers. No mess. No goo. No pervs sneakin’ a peek.

We recently designed two sticker packs for your paranoia (Super Action Hero Pack & Spy). Each pack comes with 16 stickers for your phone, laptop, TV, eyeballs, … wherever you want. Stick’em on and get back to whatever weird shit you were doing before with a renewed peace of mind.

Available HERE for $10.

Construction Process.

Earlier this year we made a short little station ID for MTV. It was a quick couple of days to knock this one out. Everything is CG except for the 2D dust. Below you’ll see the initial rough sketch of the character.

mtv_con-worker

Because of the quick turn around time, style and design is kept very geometric and simple. We debated whether you should see his eyes or not, in the end we figured they’d be so small that you might not see them… so he wears bad ass George Michael shades… and chest hair.  Extra love and attention was put into his luscious pit hair.

Render passes were also kept to a minimum.

Curses!

A few months ago the fine folks over at Ghost Robot (our rep in NY) asked us if we had any clips from our 14 yrs. of directing in which people cursed. They were making a compilation of all the curses from all the work of the directors they rep…. we didn’t have any. We’re just to squeaky clean. So we whipped up a batch of fine four letter words for all y’all to enjoy. Play it loud.

Gigs & GO.

2016 got off to a poppin’ start, as we jumped on board a new spot for Mozilla directed by our man Pasemko . It’s all about encryption, and if you don’t know what the hell that is, then you need to get watchin’!

After that wrapped, we jumped on another project that we can’t show just yet… so keep a hold of them horses son.

Then we went into pitch mode, and pumped out a pile of visuals for projects that never materialized. Dems da breaks. But here’s a small glimpse of our pitch for The Avalanches newest track Frankie Sinatra feat. Danny Brown and MF DOOM.

We then jumped into a production for GO Transit. Where we created a video for commuters and how to behave while travelling aboard GO. (cuz by the sounds of it, there’s some nasty folks out there)Here’s the director’s cut…the other cut is out there on the internet somewhere if you feel like looking for it.

Migration Premiere.

Hey kids! This here’s our lil’ film Migration. A year and a half ago, it premiered at Pictoplasma in the Kino Babylon, Berlin. As I write this, it is once again screening in Berlin in the exact same theatre, but at a different festival. We’ve been incredibly lucky to have it screen at so many festivals, galleries, and museums across the globe. There are just far too many people to thank, but it’s a pretty safe bet to say that if you’re reading this, then you’ve given us support along the way.  So a tip o’the hat to you.

It is made available online through Short Of The Week, and Stash. So send’em some love.

If you check it out on our vimeo page you can see the full list of festivals it has screened at and what awards we were lucky enough to pick up along the way.

Click our tiny press kit page for info, stills, trailer, poster and other junk if you’re interested.

The film would not have been possible, nor half the film it is, if it wasn’t for:

Model & Rigging Jacques Khouri

Original Music & Sound McKenzie Stubbert

2D Animation Yin Ko Lee

Intern Cheyenne Curtis

Mixing Ashley Stubbert

Special Thanks Darren Pasemko and our family.

Big hugs y’all!

Toyota Camry Cattle Herder.

Our lil’ short film for the Toyota Moving Stories series. Based on a true story! Whaaat!! The intro to the video is available below. Saatchi and Saatchi let us do our thing and not much changed from script to screen. You can dig through these pages (1 & 2) to see some of the preliminary design work we did for the spot.  Big shout out to our man Jack Khouri and Dan Augsburger for their help with the modeling and rigging. Music was put together by BoomBox Sound.
