Care Masters Sisters Sweat Sessions Registration
Weekend Sister Sweat Sessions are bi-weekly wellness classes held at Evolve Kickboxing Studio, designed to support women’s mental and physical wellbeing in a welcoming, family-friendly space. Sessions take place every other weekend starting January 24th and rotate between Kickboxing and Reggae Fit. Classes are $5 per session and include childcare if needed, helping reduce barriers to participation. Space is limited to 15 women per class, with childcare available for up to 10 children.

Children Information
Childcare is available for children ages 3–12. Children must be fully independent in the washroom. On Saturdays, children will participate in a Robotics/STEM building class facilitated by WonderSTEM. On Sundays, children will enjoy arts, games, and video game play with the Care Masters Childcare Team at the WonderSTEM/Care Masters office, conveniently located next to Evolve Kickboxing Studio.
