Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven SEM & Digital Advertising Manager to take the lead on paid search and social media advertising campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who can combine data, strategy, and creativity to drive measurable ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
Build ad strategies including keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and creative testing
Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for efficiency
Create and present performance reports highlighting ROI and KPIs
Collaborate with the design team on ad creative and landing pages
Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, algorithms, and platform updates
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and/or social campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Experience with A/B testing and conversion tracking (Pixels, GTM, etc.)
Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results
Excellent communication skills for reporting and client interaction
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets at once
