Hard Pressed

Hard Pressed is a street punk/Oi! band from Edmonton, Canada.

All good things come fast, but sometimes are over before you know it. This certainly was the case with Last Crusade, the British – Canadian alliance that shook things up quick at the end of 2014 and early 2015 with the release of both their demo EP and self-titled debut LP. After that, or actually before the LP hit the shelves, it was already over, but luckily enough two new bands emerged out of the ashes of Last Crusade. Thankless Graft, who are about to release their debut 7”, and Hard Pressed. Crunching guitars, clean and powerful guitar solos, the barbaric rhythm section and fierce vocals make this demo, and soon-to-be-EP, top fuckin’ notch from start to finish. With four songs barely clocking over seven and a half minutes, it’s just pure impact by these guys (and lady) from Edmonton and you’ll be playing the title-track “On The Streets”, “Gotta Get Out”, “Bleak Reality” and “Crook In Disguise” over and over again...
