The Remains
The Remains (1991-1995) were a Japanese Underground Punk Rock 'N' Roll Band from Kill City Tokyo. When the Stephen's Quints broke up Hiroshi The Golden Arm (Lead Guitar & Vocal) and Tamito Blackout (Drums) formed the Remains in the summer of 1991. Koji Stardust (Bass) joined the band in the winter of '92. Their sound was heavily inspired by the New York Dolls, Iggy Pop and the Stooges, '70s Punk Rock and '80s Alternative Rock. The Lead Guitarist is affectionately referred to as the Japanese Johnny Thunders in the world. After many records and shows, in 1996 the band morphed into the The Golden Arms.
