Capable!
Capable! is a Montreal band formed in 2015 that offers French-speaking Pop Punk in mid-30s crisis. The group already has a good growing fan base, notably thanks to the first three EPs, “Un Peu Crust Un Peu Emo” in 2016, “Société Problem” in 2017 as well as “Hot-Dog Chicane” in 2018. Moreover, the album “Hot-Dog Chicane” was nominated in the album or punk EP of the year category at the 13th Gala Alternatif de la Musique Indépendante du Québec (GAMIQ) alongside groups such as Capitaine Révolte, Oktoplut and The Hunters. At the start of 2021 the group launched their 4th EP “Brûle Brûle Brûle”. In more than five years of existence, the group has participated in notable events including Montebello Rock 2019, the Pouzza Fest in Montreal in 2017 and 2019, the Waterloo Underground Festival, the Montebello Rockfest after-party and the tour Pre-Pouzza 2017 (2 dates). Capable! has opened for Ten Foot Pole (California), Les Marmottes Aplaties, Guerilla Poubelle, Les Shériff (France), Meditation (UK, Montreal), Straightline (Germany), Barrasso, The Hunters, Gutter Demons and many others.
