  • Octav had a new brand but an outdated website, with only three weeks until Devconnect 2025. They reached out to rebuild their site around the new branding and two core offerings: Octav Pro & Octav API. We redesigned from scratch in Figma, then built the full site in Framer. The new website was shipped on time, ready for a successful event! "Braille onboarded quickly, executed cleanly, and delivered a result that gave us confidence going into the event." — Mathieu Baril, CEO & Co-Founder

🥷 R0GUE has a new brand and a new website, a deliberate refinement of our identity and an invitation to engage with the way we engineer Web3 systems. It’s an affirmation of who we are, how we build, and the mission we share with our partners at Braille, a collaboration that goes far beyond brand design into end-to-end Web3 product, architecture, and execution. For years, our team has operated quietly behind the scenes: architecting protocols, building core infrastructure, improving developer experience, and supporting teams across Web3. We focused on delivery over visibility, letting the work speak for us. But the landscape is changing. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. Organizations are looking for clarity, reliability, and deep technical partnership. This is the moment to step forward with intention. 𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 Our collaboration with Braille wasn’t a handoff, it was a tightly integrated partnership. 𝘛𝘸𝘰 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘴: Precision, discipline, craftsmanship, and a belief in what decentralized technology can unlock. Together, we didn’t create a brand. We sharpened an identity. One that reflects how we engineer: Bold. Uncompromising. Precise. Nothing extra. 𝗔 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 The new website is more than a redesign, it’s a translation of our identity into how we communicate. 𝘈 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥, 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴: - Concept & direction - Lo-fi exploration - Hi-fi refinement - Implementation & polish Built side-by-side with Braille, ensuring every detail matched the standard we bring to the systems we deliver. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱: 𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 This marks the next chapter for R0GUE. A chapter where our outward identity and internal mission are aligned: to help teams and enterprises architect and deliver high-performance Web3 systems with confidence, clarity, and impact. We’re proud of this work, and even prouder of the partnership behind it.

We’re excited to unveil the new R0GUE brand and website. New brand. New site. Same mission: engineering high-impact systems in Web3. This rebrand isn’t cosmetic, it’s our identity manifest, and it reflects the work we’ve delivered for years: - High-performance engineering - Precision protocol and contract architecture - Real-world Web3 systems brought into production R0GUE is now fully opening its doors for consultancy, from core protocol development to full-stack delivery.

We’re excited to officially join forces with HyperNest 🎉 Through this partnership, we’ll be supporting their incubated startups with:    🔷 Free micro UX audits (actionable feedback on core product flows)  🔷 Discounted full UX audits and product consulting  🔷 Dedicated workshops and mentorship sessions on Web3 UX & product strategy  🔷 Priority access to our network of designers, devs, and ecosystem partners The goal is simple: help founders in the HyperNest ecosystem turn bold ideas into usable, trustworthy products that users actually love. Big thanks to the HyperNest team for bringing us on board. Can’t wait to keep working with such a sharp group of builders.

  • Wallets are the most used interface in Web3. There’s no room for assumptions or overlooked edge cases. SubWallet asked us to run a full audit of their browser extension — funded by Polkadot UX Bounty. In 30 days, we surfaced 50+ high-impact fixes across swaps, staking, and asset management. Here’s how we mapped the friction and built their UX backlog 👇

  • Last week we ran a live workshop with HyperNest and their incubated DeFi startups: Stable Jack, ZOTH, and VaultEdge. Thiti and Benoit hosted a hands-on session covering Web3 UX fundamentals, followed by real-time mini audits of each product. No theory, just actionable feedback. We unpacked mental models, streamlined onboarding flows, and called out the usual suspects — unclear copy, hidden CTAs, and a few “wait what?” moments in the UI. Shoutout to the teams for being engaged, open, and down to iterate fast.
