Today, almost 50% of the metal we use is scrap and we have more than 750,000 metric tons of recycling capacity. The real question is: how do we secure the scrap we need for tomorrow? The main challenges lie in the availability and quality of post consumer scrap. Not all end of life aluminum is properly collected or sorted, and many scrap streams are contaminated or mixed with other materials, limiting their suitability for high value alloys. Overcoming these barriers requires stronger collaboration across the entire value chain: manufacturers, customers, governments, local authorities, and waste management partners. Whether it’s setting up or improving deposit systems, boosting collection rates through better infrastructure and communication, or enhancing alloy family sorting, securing the scrap supply of the future is a shared responsibility. At Constellium, we are ready: we have expanded our capacity, worked hand in hand with partners, run lab scale trials, and demonstrated the true circularity of aluminum. The more of us who join forces, the stronger we become. Will you join us? A big thank you to these key players in the aluminum and recycling ecosystem: The Aluminum Association, Can Manufacturers Institute, Every Can Counts, La Boîte Boisson, EUROPEAN ALUMINIUM, Recycling is like Magic!, Recycling Society, Aluminum France

We’re thrilled to announce that our partner, Fairplain Elementary School in West Virginia, has won first place for the second time in the Million Cans Recycling Contest! This year, the school recycled a whopping 160,790 cans – that’s an incredible average of 8,040 cans per student. Congratulations to the Fairplain students and staff, and thank you to the team at Constellium Ravenswood for supporting them. With 56 schools participating across 14 states, more than 3 million cans were recycled this year during the contest and over 6 million cans since the contest first began. Constellium is proud to participate in this effort led by Recycling Society and Can Manufacturers Institute to increase can recycling in key regions in the U.S. In addition to Fairplain, Constellium sponsors LE Willson Elementary from our Muscle Shoals, Alabama plant. We look forward to breaking new records together again next year! #MillionCansContest #RecyclingIsLikeMagic #Recycling #YesWV

Safety is never an individual matter. When someone joins our teams, there is one message we always want to be crystal clear from day one: here, your safety is not just your responsibility, it’s everyone’s. At Constellium, safety is our top priority. Our industry involves complex materials, equipment, and processes, which is why we embed safety into every aspect of our operations. Our goal remains clear: zero injuries. And in 2025, we achieved a Recordable Case Rate of 1.91 injuries per million hours worked, significantly better than the industry average. Learn more in our 2025 Sustainability Report: https://ow.ly/8S1950YVPkc Behind this number are robust policies and processes, but above all, daily decisions. The decision to stop and assess risk. To speak up when something doesn’t feel right. To intervene, support one another, and look out for our colleagues. We have built a culture where people say things openly, where anyone can step in, and where no production pressure ever outweighs the risk of getting hurt. This safety culture was not imposed. It was built together, on the shop floor, over years of shared experience. And it’s something we are collectively proud of. Safety is not just a rule. It’s a shared commitment.

Aluminum is infinitely recyclable, and our commitment a more sustainable future is built to last. This Earth Day, Constellium is proud to support a future where reducing emissions, expanding recycling, and fostering innovation help reduce our carbon footprint while strengthening the industries we serve. In 2025, Constellium continued to turn sustainability goals into action: - Reduced overall emissions intensity (scopes 1, 2 and 3) by 16% compared to 2024, thanks to expanded recycling capacity—particularly at our new recycling center in Neuf-Brisach—and to a lower carbon footprint for the primary metal we purchase. - Improved scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by 14% versus 2024, thanks to increased procurement of renewable electricity, along with operational improvements and ongoing investments in energy efficiency at our plants - Eliminated the last use of coal in our operations, reducing the company’s overall Sox emissions by 90% in 2025 - Decreased water withdrawal over five years, including -20% at Neuf-Brisach and -70% in Issoire, two of our largest sites. - Recycled 86% of the waste we generate Thank you to our employees and partners whose commitment and collaboration make this progress possible! We’re carrying this momentum into 2026, continuing to innovate, invest, and advance on our sustainability journey.
