    #MoëtHennessy launched Career Compass – the LVMH framework to support talent development and empower our employees in navigating their careers within the Group, during an event hosted by Claire de Coincy, Chief Human Resources Officer. The event, moderated by Carla Brevet - Leleyter, F1 Program Manager, featured a panel of leaders who shared insights on their diverse career journeys at MH and LVMH, illustrating the five pillars of Career Compass: Explore the Group, Know Yourself, Build Your Network, Grow in Your Job, and Go on Mobility. Panelists shared inspiring personal stories around career development: Emelie De Vitis, Chief Marketing Officer at Moët & Chandon, emphasized the importance of setting challenges and proactively managing your career path, particularly through networking. Marion Lacroix Svetchine, Finance & Operations Director at CHANDON, highlighted building an organic network rooted in sincerity and excellence in your current role. Mathieu Meyer, Estate Director at Château Galoupet, with a varied background in rum blending, production, and engineering, shared how these diverse experiences uniquely prepared him to fulfill his career aspirations. Vincent BORJON-PRIVE, Sport Partnerships Director at Moët Hennessy, highlighted the importance of self-awareness and curiosity, encouraging everyone to pursue what truly drives them beyond job titles. From cross-functional experiences to the importance of self-awareness and authentic networking, speakers highlighted a shift toward more agile, non-linear career paths, shaped by curiosity, skills development and openness to new opportunities. This major charity run brought together over 7,000 professionals from the French hospitality and tourism industry to support non-profit organisations.
