The world's first off-grid hybrid system combining wind power generation and Saft battery storage is now operating in Tierra del Fuego! 🇦🇷 TotalEnergies, together with Wintershall Dea and Pan American Energy, has also brought the southernmost wind farm on the planet into production. This breakthrough project supplies renewable #electricity to our Río Cullen and Cañadón Alfa off-grid gas treatment plants, making them the first Exploration & Production sites in the Company to run on a hybrid renewable setup of this scale. It will cut emissions from power generation by over 55% throughout the Austral Basin concession. 🌬️ With 9 megawatts of installed capacity across two turbines, the #windfarm sits in one of #Argentina’s strongest wind corridors and supported local employment during construction. It demonstrates how innovation can accelerate the energy transition even in remote, demanding environments, and illustrates our multi-energy strategy: “more energy, less emissions”. 💻Today, TotalEnergies signed a contract with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA to design and install Pangea 5, our next-generation high-performance supercomputer, hosted in Pau, France. It will multiply our computing power by six. Concretely, this means: •⁠ ⁠more accurate subsurface imaging thanks to advanced seismic engineering •⁠ ⁠faster exploration supporting low-cost, lower-emission hydrocarbon production •⁠ ⁠stronger #AI capabilities to better understand complex systems, from subsurface to integrated power models Pangea 5 is also designed to improve energy efficiency, with ~40% lower consumption at equal performance and heat recovery on site. Expected to be commissioned in 2027, it reflects how digital technologies support both our industrial performance and our #EnergyTransition. In the Philippines, #TotalEnergies, together with its partner Nextnorth, a Philippines-based #renewableenergy developer, announced that they reached financial close and started the construction of a 440 MWp #solar power plant! 🇵🇭☀️ Located in the City of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, the project will be operational by the end of 2027. The electricity will be sold under long-term offtake agreements ⚡️, of which more than 50% will supply commercial and industrial users seeking to decarbonize their operations. These 440 megawatts will contribute to the #renewable portfolio of 9 gigawatts that we are combining with Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) through a 50/50 joint venture across nine Asian countries. TotalEnergies has completed the acquisition of 50% of Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s.'s flexible power generation platform in Western Europe! ⚡ This transaction leads to the creation of TTEP, the second‑largest flexible #power generation player in Europe. #TTEP owns and operates, through its subsidiaries, flexible natural gas and biomass-based power plants and BESS assets across Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands and France, for a total capacity of 14 gigawatts installed or in construction. Its production reached close to 30 TWh of #electricity in 2025. Powering ahead, one gust at a time! 🌬️🇰🇿 In #Kazakhstan, we have taken the final investment decision for the Mirny project, one of the country’s largest #renewable energy initiatives to date, bringing together 1 GW of onshore wind and a 600 MWh Saft battery energy storage system. Located in the southeast of the country, Mirny is designed to turn strong winds into steady power. Once at full capacity, it will generate enough renewable #electricity to supply around 1 million people, while the battery system will help stabilize the national grid and strengthen Kazakhstan’s energy infrastructure! 🔋 Developed with "Samruk Energy" JSC and KazMunayGas, and backed by long-term financing plus a 25‑year power purchase agreement with the Government of Kazakhstan, the project will reach full capacity in 2029.
