About the Role

Your mission is to act as the primary strategic liaison between Yibi and the world’s most prestigious luxury houses headquartered in Paris. You will lead negotiations to secure authorized licensing specifically for "Home Fragrance & Olfactory Lifestyle"—premium categories (such as luxury candles, diffusers, and room scents) that complement the brands' existing Beauty/Parfum portfolios. You will pitch Yibi’s "Zero-Risk Expansion" model, demonstrating how we can turn a Maison's scent identity into a sophisticated home lifestyle experience for the Chinese market.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Beauty Acquisition: Identify and initiate high-level dialogues with Global Licensing Directors (Beauty/Parfum) and Heads of Brand Diversification at iconic luxury houses.
• Home Fragrance Category Pitching: Present compelling business cases for Home Fragrance extensions, demonstrating how Yibi can translate the brand’s olfactory DNA into premium home products without diluting the core fragrance exclusivity.
• HQ Relationship Management: Navigate the specific complexities of Beauty & Fragrance divisions at brand headquarters, managing relationships across global marketing, scent development (Nose/Studio), and legal departments.
• Market Advocacy: Leverage Yibi’s localized data to highlight the explosive growth of the "Scent Economy" in China, targeting Gen-Z and HNWI consumers who view home fragrance as a key element of "Art de Vivre."
• Omnichannel Strategy Execution: Articulate our unique ability to reach elite consumers via private banking ecosystems and premium digital storefronts (e.g., Tmall Luxury Pavilion) with strict control over brand image.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 10+ years in Luxury Beauty/Fragrance Licensing or Business Development. Candidates with experience in LVMH (Parfums), Kering Beauté, or Coty Luxury are highly preferred.
• Influential Network: An established, active network of senior decision-makers within the Beauty and Parfum divisions of the Parisian luxury ecosystem.
• Olfactory Acumen: Deep understanding of the fragrance industry and the sensitivity required to propose Home Fragrance extensions that align with a Maison’s high perfumery standards.
• Cross-Cultural Mastery: Fluency in English and French; ability to translate China's "Scent Economy" trends into the traditional language of European luxury.
• Negotiation Excellence: Proven track record of securing high-value licensing or partnership agreements within the complex beauty/cosmetics legal frameworks.
