More Churn Dash Blocks

These are the churn dash blocks from this week. I have a big pile already cut to sew as time allows. THe pile of fabrics I am using is slowly going down. Any smaller scrap from this pile will go to two inch blocks when my GO die arrives.

From bags to flimsy

The latest churn dash blocks which are my leaders and enders for sewing.
These next two are each approximately half of the blocks in the bags. The baby rail fence will be made bigger most likely for a full size quilt. The Carolina chain may be two lap quilts.

More cute churn dashes etc

I took today off from work to catch up.  I started making rows of the latest T Shirt top.  I have been assembling one row a day.

Other things included cleaning my sewing room as it had gotten out of hand.  I can only take so much clutter in the sewing room.

I used all the precut churn dash pieces and made some others as well.

Weekly Fun

As usual I have been having fun stitching blocks. I received A couple of new go dies and just had to play. First up are the Pat Sloan 182 Day Solstice quilt along.

Here are my latest churn dash blocks.

These are the box kite blocks made with the GO die. Fast to cut and fast to assemble. They didn't all square up nice so I dressed them up. You will see those in the next post.

Flimsy Gets Quilted and...

I quilted my orphan block flimsy this afternoon. Fun and relaxing.
This is the latest block from Pat Sloan 182 Solstice.
And more churn dash blocks that I can't stop making.

Flimsy and lots of blocks

This flimsy used up the last of the larger blocks.  Colorful and happy.
Some fun churn dash blocks. I found a accuquilt die for churn dash blocks. I can seem to stop making them. Does anyone have this problem?
My leader ender project with three inch scrappy rails is progressing nicely. I have 565 blocks and will need at least that amount plus. I have other things in progress but those will wait for another day.

Scrappy Churn Dash

I showed this small quilt top a week ago. I was inspired to dress it up with more scraps this morning. I am happy with it now.

Hope you are finding a little time to stitch today...
