Use closed shadow DOM to host the Assistant button element

The goal is to avoid easy AG detection by the page scripts so we should use a simple `div` element with no classes/IDs as a host element.

Please note, that shadow DOM is available in Chrome only, we should continue to use the old approach in other browsers.
