An error appears after adding a filter by URL

The problematic filter:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/X01X012013/AdBlockProtector/master/AdBlockProtectorList.txt

Either an error appears or the loading goes on and on and on.

The filter is installed just fine when you load it from a local file.

That's because filter metadata block contains redirect to itself.
look:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/X01X012013/AdBlockProtector/master/AdBlockProtectorList.txt
contains redirect to:
https://github.com/X01X012013/AdBlockProtector/raw/master/AdBlockProtectorList.txt
which in turn contains redirect to itself.

Also, try to add this subscription to another ad blockers, you will see an error again.
But maybe we need to deny redirect loop.

I can add the filter in the latest BSOD test build, however every time I manually check for updates, the filter updates with the same version number, meaning it's just redownloading/installing with every filter update check.

IMO, it shouldn't "update" unless there's actually an update. This is likely due to the redirect going on here.

Yah, this is a known issue, we'd want to fix it in 6.2: #1431.
