Upgrade Popup Blocker to v2.5

The work on the new version of Popup Blocker is 99% done. Here's what we need to do:

1. Start using the latest version of the popup blocker (make sure that it is deployed to CDN)
2. Make sure that the popup blocker userscript is tested. Our test page: http://testcases.adguard.com/PopupBlocker/test-popup-blocker.html
3. Make sure that the popup blocker settings page works as expected.

Test instructions:

Application update

After AG update is completed, ensure that Adguard Popup Blocker version has been changed. Possible combinations to check:

• Update from Release (R) to Beta or nightly (B) -> expected Popup Blocker version is 2.5.2
• Update from R to R -> expected Popup Blocker version is 2.5.6
• Update from B to R -> expected Popup Blocker version is 2.5.6
• Update from B to B -> expected Popup Blocker version is 2.5.2

Reinstallation

1. Uninstall AG with and without saving settings - check both options.
2. Install a new version of AG.
3. Expected result - version of PopupBlocker is 2.5.*.

New installation

1. Install a new version of AG.
2. Expected result - version of PopupBlocker is 2.5.*.

Popup Blocker testing

1. Add new version of blocker in Extentions tab of AG via URL https://cdn.adguard.com/public/Userscripts/AdguardPopupBlocker/2.5/popupblocker.user.js
   or upgrade AG as described above.
2. Ensure that it works fine too via test page http://testcases.adguard.com/PopupBlocker/test-popup-blocker.html
