Add "AdGuard Extra" extension

This userscript is designed to solve complicated cases where regular declarative rules aren't enough. Mostly, all kinds of adblock circumvention/reinjection.

1. It must be enabled by default
2. It should be located below "Use AdGuard Assistant"
3. The name is always "AdGuard Extra" (not translated)
4. Descriptions translations are ready (check the userscript metadata)
