Change Settings Selector Color in Dark Mode

I have switched on Dark mode and when I select the setting category (on the left) for ex: 'Stealth Mode', it's background color is black. Dark mode itself is almost black. Therefore, make the selection color different so that it's easier to know which setting we currently are on.

The same holds good on the Filter Editor Page. Make the selection color different here too.

In this screenshot, you will see that currently "General Settings" is selected. However, it is very difficult to see as the selection color is black in the dark theme mode. The request is therefore to change the selection color so that it is easy for the user to identify which setting is currently selected in Dark Mode. Thanks!
