Implement "self destructing cookies" option in Stealth Mode

User should be able to set following options:

• Self-destructing third party cookies
• Self-destruction period in minutes. Set 0 to block instead of self-destructing.
• Self-destructing first party cookies (marked as "not recommended")
• Self-destruction period in minutes. Set 0 to block instead of self-destructing.
