Problem Description

When I've very recently (i.e. the past 2 weeks) looked into various EasyList user reports and entries, I discovered that e.g. /adservice. was able to block not just file URLs, but also to block at a domain level (e.g. adservice.google.no) in regular adblocker extensions like uBlock Origin. So I feel the time has come to add support for such entries to AdGuard Home as well.

Proposed Solution

Entries that begin with a forward slash (/), are followed solely by letters/numbers/periods, and end with a period (.), would be treated the same as :// and/or /^example\..*/

Alternatives Considered

None that I'm aware of.

Additional Information

For a brief visual example of how this would improve support for entries that are in major lists for regular adblockers, see DandelionSprout/adfilt@ca35899 (although I had tried to convert entries with underscores as well by accident).
