HTTPS filtering disables for the app after AdGuard relaunch if the certificate is moved to the system storage

Android 11, rooted

How to reproduce

Prerequisites

• AdGuard application is installed
• Both https certificates are installed, one in the user store, second in the system store
• HTTPS filtering is enabled
• Https-filtered apps settings are reseted to default

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> Filtering -> Network -> HTTPS filtering -> HTTPS-filtered apps
2. Enable HTTPS filtering for any app for which this option is disabled by default
3. Relaunch AdGuard
4. Check if HTTPS filtering is still enabled for this app

Expected behaviour

HTTPS filtering is enabled for this app

Actual behaviour

HTTPS filtering is disabled for the app
