DNS protection settings fail to reset to default

Environment

Android 11, Android 9

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Protection tab -> DNS protection
2. Disable both DNS protection and DNS filters switches
3. Tap the context menu -> Reset to default

Expected behaviour

DNS protection and DNS filters switches have turned on

Actual behaviour

DNS protection and DNS filters switches are still disabled
