Filtering log - proposed rule for blocked cookie is not correct

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable AdGuard Tracking Protection filter and add this rule to user rules:

example.org#%#//scriptlet("set-cookie", "_gat", "true")

2. Go to - https://example.org/
3. Open filtering log
4. Refresh website once or twice
5. Click on blocked cookie (screenshot below)

Expected behavior

I think that filtering log should propose unblocking rule.

Actual behavior

A rule proposed by filtering log is incorrect and contains filter list name.
Example:

||example.org/$cookie=_gat (AdGuard Tracking Protection filter),domain=example.org
