Blocked requests by Parental control are shown as Stealth mode's ones in Filtering log

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the latest version AdGuard
2. Turn on Stealth mode and Parental control modules
3. Go to Parental control and add 2ip.ru to blocklist
4. Open filtering and visit 2ip.ru using any browser

Expected behavior

Request is just blocked

Actual behavior

Blocked request is shown as Stealth mode
