Updater window isn't adapted to dark theme

Steps to reproduce

1. Install one of the previous versions of AdGuard
2. Choose the dark theme in the Windows settings and AdGuard settings
3. Launch the AdGuard
4. Wait while the new version will be downloaded
5. Click on the AdGuard tray icon and select New version is available...

Expected behavior

The window with information about updating is a dark color.

Actual behavior

The window with information about updating is a light color.

@rakleed , @zubrRB thanks for the report. To be honest at this moment it's not a bug, but we didn 't have time for it. Definitely, this feature will be implemented
