Manual filter update is not functional (at least on 8.0)

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Check the filter version at https://filters.adtidy.org/windows/filters/2.txt (it must be a different version to the one in the application).
2. Try performing a manual filter update.
3. Check if the version has been updated.

The same thing happens with the local filter added via the path.

Expected Behavior

Filter is updated, version is changes in the UI

Actual Behavior

Filter is not updated. Version in the UI is still the same.
