[📑 Docs]: Update the AsyncApi release specification version from 2.3.0 to 2.4.0 #704

What Dev Docs changes are you proposing?
I saw that the Specification 2.4.0 has been added into the Asyncapi docs and that it is the latest specification version right now!
But the "Introduction" section mentions that the spec 2.3.0 is the latest. Here it is:
Expected Outcome
We should update this section to include specification 2.4.0
