Scheduled tasks sometimes run in visible tabs and don't block user input

Description of the bug

Sometimes I can see the tabs used for scheduled tasks and when I can, the browser is not blocking user input, which can lead to some very strange interactions where I decide to use a tab for something else and all of a sudden an automation takes over.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a scheduled task
2. Run it manually (preview)
3. Keep the tab open
4. Future scheduled tasks run in this tab (I think)

Hey Søren Beck Jensen (@aDaneInSpain) — good catch, and the repro steps are helpful. A stray visible tab from a preview run being reused for future scheduled tasks (without input blocking) is definitely a bug. Adding to our backlog.
