Pending changes prompt shows up after save as

Description

After saving a new resource the pending changes prompt shows up even if the user did not leave the viewer page.
We should also relax the pending prompt constraint that are preventing the browser navigation

How to reproduce

• login in mapstore
• create a new map
• click on save as

Expected Result

The viewer shows the new created resource without pending prompt

Current Result

The pending prompt shows up preventing the redirect to new resource viewer

• Not browser related
