Support of COG layers in 3D viewer

Description

We should include support of COG layers inside the CesiumJS viewer, to align behaviors between 2D and 3D viewer.
There is the TIFFImageryProvider under MIT license that could be used or adapted to MapStore for this purpose.

Requirements:

• Support of COG layers
• Support of styling
