Styling classification for WFS and Vector layers

Description

Currently it is possible to classify only WMS layers through the SLD Service in GeoServer. The aim of this issue is to add the style classification UI component also for WFS and Vector layers.

Acceptance criteria

• Implement the needed logic to manage the classification rules on the client side only for WFS and Vector layers

• Enable the classification functionality also for WFS and Vector layers. In a preliminary phase evaluate classification methods that can be implemented purely client side: this check is aimed to evaluate if the same capabilities of the ones currently available for the classification of WMS layers can be provided
