Add parametric image parsing to template viewer

Description

We want to extend the current editor present in feature info template type by replacing current editor with the equivalent one, react-draft-wysiwyg and by adding a new tool in the toolbar that wrap selected text in markdown syntax for generating images

Acceptance criteria

• replace the editor of feature info template type
• add image support with parametric src
  • support base 64
  • support direct url
  • an example of map is here
