Gitpod Flex: Cannot create an environment

Bug description

I have a couple configured projects in Gitpod Flex
The bug appeared 2 days ago
So, 2 days already I cannot spin up an environment :(

Steps to reproduce

• go to projects: https://app.gitpod.io/projects
• hover a project
• click on "Create Environment" button on a right side of project's rectangle
• an small empty rectangle dialog appears
• Browser console contains this error

Expected behavior

A dialog with configuration of git repository (PAT token) and "create" button must appear

Anything else?

I assume somebody updated JS library (or didn't pin an exact version) or something like that.
Looks like the error is added in radix-ui 1.1.0 on 2024-06-19 (changelog) by radix-ui/primitives#2948

And about the Gitpod support:
The in-app chat "Powered by Pylon - does it work? It seems that nobody is there, nobody responded to me, never.
I submitted a bug there and got email about ticket number (11658) and that's it: no links, no information how to track a resolution process.
