Switch to support-api

Oh hai!

It seems your tool uses Zendesk. That's probably a bad idea now.

Are you actively using the Zendesk functionality? What does this functionality do? Do you feel empowered to change to support-api yourself? How can we help?

We use it to provide a small summary of movement within support for a given team on a particular day. In particular it tries to list:

1. Newly opened tickets
2. Updated tickets (and which team member updated them)
3. Closed tickets (and which team member closed them)

I don't tend to pay super close attention to the specifics, but I think it is good to just see the shape/size of this regularly to take the pulse of things (and occasionally click-through if something catches your attention).

Since this is open-source I would prefer to leave the zendesk support in case non-herokai might be using this or choose to use it in the future and they would find this helpful. That said, adding support-api in addition and switching to using it for internal stuff (api, addons and hit all use this or a variant of it) would be awesome. I feel like I could probably figure it out, but that I'm unlikely to find time for it any time soon (vs other higher-priority concerns).
