This directory contains the minimal checked-in smoke dataset needed for
collaborator handoff. Rebuild queues, raw generations, reports, diagrams,
and exploratory outputs stay under ignored directories such as runs/,
logs/, local_artifacts/, or ignored subdirectories under artifacts/.
