CLI `add` subcommand

I'd love a cli command to add torrents to a server. If I'm ssh'ed in to a box, this is sometimes much easier than setting up port forwarding to get to the web ui.

This used to be the case.

Rqbit download used to work differently: when it detected a server, it added the torrent to it instead of running the session itself.

This auto detection changing how download works, and the need to provide consistent UX for both cases made it clunky and unreliable, so I removed it.

I like your idea of smth like "rqbit server add" as an entirely different command.

So if you want to restore this functionality there feel free to send a PR.
