Load user defined Preset on load

I have to have a think about best way to handle this. It might be easiest/best for people to build their own Motion Templates? I could add an option to load presets after successful import, but loading presets is pretty slow due to the way FCPX works.

Because Final Cut Pro takes such a long time to load presets, I'm tempted to just ignore this feature request for now, and just let users make up their own Motion Templates, however I'll leave this issue open for now, just incase I work out how to speed up template loading.
