Zooming on Chromium

refreshing on any zoom higher than 100% would immediately trigger that dev tools are open (when they're not)
and with any zoom (high or lower) if dev tools are opened they aren't triggered. Tested on Chromium on arch. Seems fine on Zen (firefox based)

ok there seems to be a limit on Zen where it also breaks (300% zoom and more). Also if the dev tool is not docked it never works (but that problem is from the npm package it self. It can't detect it
