VS Code insider 1.71 doesn't seem to run at all on Win7. Likely due to newer version of Electron.

Maybe it's just a build thing (like the stable version will be built with lower version of Electron), otherwise I think it's worth a mention. I didn't find anything about retiring Win 7 entirely (I know it's already not officially supported, but it still runs fine up to 1.70) in related article or changelogs so far.
