Repro Steps:
Open visual studio.

• Tab till GitHub account and press enter.
• Tab till account settings and press enter.
• Tab till add account button and press enter.
• Select GitHub account.

Observe that NVDA/JAWS are not announcing the account name on the Select User to Authorize Visual Studio screen.
User Impact:
Screen reader users will not receive information about which account they are selecting when continuing or choosing an account.
